Who we are
This website belongs to Stanislav Ichim, trading as Truefit Fine Joinery, a joinery business based in Doncaster. You can contact us on 07542 005926.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote we collect your name, phone number, postcode, any photo of your stairs you choose to send, and your answers about the job, budget and timing.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your request: to call you, prepare a mock-up and price, arrange a visit and send a quote. We use it because you asked us to, and to take steps before a possible contract with you. We never sell your details.
Who sees it
Only us, and the services that run this website and deliver your request to us, such as our web host and email provider. They may only use your details to provide that service.
How long we keep it
If you don't go ahead, we delete your details within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep job records for as long as the law requires for tax and warranty purposes.
Cookies
With your permission, we use cookies from Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to see which adverts bring people to this page and how the page is used. If you choose "No thanks", these cookies are not set. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, or object to how we use them. Call us on 07542 005926. If you're unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
